Goust, The New Atypical Restaurant

Goust is a real cryptic jewel located at the first floor of Éléphant Paname , an Arts and Dance Centre in a magnificent palace of Napoleon III, just beside Place Vendôme.

 

 

After Il Vino restaurant near Les Invalides, Enrico Bernardo, World's Best Sommelier, opens Goust, a special table inspired of Mediterranean gastronomic culture. A place where the client chooses his dish and the sommelier matches the best wine, according to the customer preferences. Goust features a warm and elegant décor, with brown and crème tones, chosen to complement the gold and bronze design tapestries and the stylish table settings.

The restaurant, which is open for lunch and dinner, propose an extensive a la carte menu and different special tasting menu, showing the finest cuisine of the Spanish Chef José Manuel Miguel Rodríguez.
